Get to know Mo
Monica always had a passion for baking from a young age, and decided to pursue a career in the industry upon realizing her culinary capabilities. A few of her accomplishments include receiving her post graduate degree from the Culinary Institute of America, working as Pastry chef at the iconic Pump Room in Chicago, and leading as Executive Chef at Miami’s Cafe Tu Tu Tango. She later started Monica’s Kitchen, a private catering company.
